• Team Leadership: Assume a leadership role in nurturing and guiding the culinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement. Provide mentorship and training, empowering team members to excel in their roles.
• Quality Control: Conduct rigorous quality control measures to ensure perfection in taste, presentation, and consistency of every dish that leaves our kitchen.
• Customer Engagement: Actively engage with feedback from patrons, leveraging insights to refine and elevate our culinary offerings continually.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a culinary environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and delegation skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead a diverse team to success.
