
About the Role
In your new role as an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting customers in resolving I.T. queries and problems. You'll be working for an award-winning company and supporting their customers over the phone and email with an expectation to provide a high level of customer experience and satisfaction. You will be responsible for effectively communicating these issues with the motive to resolve them and escalating these issues wherever needed.
What you'll need to succeed You are the right candidate for the role if you have hands-on experience with dealing with and resolving customers' I.T. issues over the phone. Have prior experience working in a busy service desk or IT Helpdesk environment. You need to have excellent customer service skills and be confident. You will be a perfect fit if you have previously worked in a fast-paced and flexible working environment with shift patterns on a 24/7 IT Helpdesk.
