Responsibilities:
As a Team Leader/Shift Supervisor, you'll be responsible for a wide array of tasks crucial to our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your duties will include:
• Team Oversight: Oversee the performance of the team, ensuring that each member fulfils their duties effectively and efficiently.
• Daily Operations: Manage food preparation, service delivery, and customer interaction to maintain high standards of service quality.
• Support and Guidance: Serve as a point of contact for team members, offering guidance, support, and resolution for any issues or concerns that may arise during shifts.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between staff and management, effectively communicating important information, updates, and directives.
• Customer Satisfaction: Monitor the overall dining experience, ensuring prompt, courteous, and attentive service. Address customer complaints or feedback promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure catering operations adhere to food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and health codes. Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic food service environment.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
